A bit about me
There are many roles that I hold, and I am no one of those in isolation. Here is a little bit about me, my history, and my aspirations for anyone who is curious to know more.
HOW I STARTED COACHING
I have coached and mentored peers within the Aerospace and Energy sectors over the course of my career, and have thoroughly enjoyed seeing people achieve their goals. There is nothing quite like seeing someone shift their mindset and become a version of themselves that they feel all kinds of positivity about.
I had the opportunity to be coached in 2020, which ultimately led to me making some huge changes to my life. I switched career path, achieving a promotion and a salary increase along with this. I let go of self-limiting beliefs I had been unaware of that were holding me back from being the best version (ok, better version!) of myself, and I also had the seed planted that I should formalise my ability to coach to enable me to help more people, and to do it as well as possible.
Anyone can say they are a coach, fewer can say they have had formal training to enable them to support their clients in a way that gives confidence. You wouldn’t go to an unqualified psychologist, so it stands to reason that anyone who is helping to shape your thought processes professionally should also come with the backing of qualifications. For me, this is key, and is why I am on my way to being accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) via Animas.

Bespoke coaching
COACHING AS UNIQUE AS YOU ARE
Each of us is unique. What one person requires from coaching will never be the same as anyone else so it stands to reason that effective coaching is tailored to fit you, and you alone.
I always hold a discovery call with prospective clients. This allows you to get a feel for me and how I coach, as well as for me to understand what you might need from me as a coach. It also allows us to understanding if we can work together, in partnership, to support your coaching journey.
There are a few options for coaching that I offer presently. If you know where you are stuck and in need of support, you may benefit from a single, one hour session. If you are aware that you have a really complex or challenging goal to work on, or several goals to work on, or have a nagging feeling that things aren’t right but you can’t work out what needs to change, I would recommend a longer course of sessions so we can work on these effectively. How many sessions is of course dependent on your individual circumstances, but typically 6 sessions is the minimum recommended to see tangible outcomes.
The offers:
Discovery call – 20 mins: This is an initial call to assess if I can help you with your goals, free of charge.
Power hour – 60 mins: Perfect for when you have a specific goal that you are struggling to reach. This is a dedicated hour slot with the aim of clarifying that goal, and defining specific, actionable work to be done to reach it.
Coaching blocks (360 min+): Typically, successful coaching requires at least six one-hour sessions to assess your needs, set goals, address challenges, and overcome barriers to success.
Bespoke options: Call to discuss.
