Discovery Call – FoC

Book a 20-minute call where we will get to know each other, discuss your goals and explore how we can work together.

Power Hour – £180

One full hour focused on a specific challenge that you need to work on. This is perfect if you need to think through a single idea or issue that’s been buzzing round your mind. I will help you find answers and defined actions and goals to drive your work forward. You will leave with clarity, a cleared mind and renewed energy.

The Coaching Couch – PoA

This is structured coaching over a number of weeks. Typically, we will have a minimum of 6 hours together over 6-12 weeks. The aim aim of these sessions is to identify issues that are stopping you from thriving, establishing goals to get you back on track, and defining how you will know you have succeeded in reaching those goals.

With 5+ years of working in academia, and a further 15+ in the Aerospace and Energy Sectors I have an appreciation for a broad range of working environments and their specific challenges, as well as an understanding of the demands on the people who work within these industries.
